Participating in the RGTS Sales Referral Program is free, fast, and easy. All information is online and easy to use. Simply follow the steps below.

How To Qualify as a Referrer

  • Any individual or business organization can become an RGTS Referrer.
  • Referrer must provide RGTS information about themselves, such as their name, address, contact individual, type of business organization (if applicable), and tax ID or Social Security number. This is all done easily online.
  • Referrer agree online to RGTS's Sales Referral Program Terms and Conditions each time they submit a referral.
  • RGTS retains the right to terminate a Referrer's participation, or to discontinue the Referral Program at any time.

How To Make a Referral

Sending a referral to RGTS is easy:

  1. Click the "Submit a Lead" button at the bottom of a page to access the RGTS  Referrer Form.
  2. Agree online to RGTS's Sales Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Provide the necessary lead and customer information on the Referrer Referral Form.

RGTS will review the referral information, determine whether the lead qualifies for the RGTS Referral Program, and notify the Referrer of the acceptance or rejection within five business days.

  • If the referral is accepted, an RGTS account executive will contact the lead and implement RGTS’s regular sales process. Referrals are good for six months from the date of referral.
  • If the referral agrees to purchase RGTS services or solutions, RGTS will handle the contractual documents, service provisioning, and billing.
  • Those making referrals are eligible for commissions only when the referrals are initiated through the online RGTS Sales Referral Program form (see “Submit a Lead” button below) and end in an approved purchase.
  • RGTS will send any referral commission earned on a sale within 60 days after receipt of the customer’s initial payment.
  • Current clients are eligible for account credit only when referrals are initiated through the RGTS Partner Referral Form and end in an approved purchase.
  • RGTS will apply any referral credit earned on a sale within 60 days after receipt of the customer’s initial payment.
