The facility is manned by technically advanced engineers to assist in assuring this quality and to help as needed with your day to day services. Additionally, all critical systems such as power, HVAC, and fire suppression are constantly monitored by the network operations team for proper operations.

Security

The data center offers reliable security through professional security guards and dependable surveillance and access systems.

Power

The facility is fed by dual power station feeds into the building via diverse routes. An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system is built into each cabinet, plus there are three large emergency backup diesel generators. Even in the rare event of a blackout, your systems won’t miss a beat. DC power is also available upon request.

HVAC

The HVAC system has been designed for the appropriate airflow, temperature, and humidity for proper equipment operation. Redundancy features were adopted to provide additional protection for customer operations. Air-cooled chillers provide redundancy, and the complete HVAC system is backed up by generator power.

Fire Detection and Suppression

The data center is equipped with a dry pipe, water-based fire suppression system with sensory mechanisms, which provide alarms prior to pressurization.

Cabinets and Cages

RGTS offers four options of equipment spacing to maximize customization. Options one and two are RGTS-supplied cabinets. With these options you can have a half or a full size unit. The third option is a custom cage built to your specifications. The final option is your own cabinet*. RGTS cabinets are designed for colocation and are sized to handle most original manufacturer's equipment.

Accessible Horizontal Backbone

Horizontal backbone distribution is readily available for quick and easy demarcation interconnection. Whether you require UTP, coax, or fiber, ample distribution exists throughout the facility for connectivity and expedient hand-offs.
